Researcher, Lecturer, Podcaster
Run under the auspices of the Scottish Graduate School for Arts & Humanities, Theories of Knowledge examines the ways in which philosophers and critical theorists have influenced, and continue to animate, how we understand knowledge production within Arts & Humanities fields. Students on the course will survey several key themes in critical theory, focusing on how each topic of inquiry has changed or challenged our conceptions of knowledge, meaning, truth, and justification.
Delivered collaboratively by leading academic researchers in Scotland, weekly lectures are live-streamed across the country and are followed by an open discussion session. You can read the course handbook for this course here.
